My Yukon had shifting problems and since it is 10 years old and 222k miles, I needed some expertise. Local dealer said they take their stuff here, and after the great service here, I am in agreement. I used to contract for a fleet out west, and the staff was friendly, competent and quick. When another shop just looked at it and said "rebuild", Mike took it for a drive and recommended a look inside to see if any damage could be a cause. In other words, professional! Done by next day, and a great difference. Thank you.

I BROUGHT IN MY VAN TRANS.LOOSE TO FORDS.THEY COMPLETED MY REBUILD IN THE TIME FRAME PROMISED EVEN THOUGH IT WAS TOTALLY DESTROYED.THEY SHOWED ME ALL THE BROKEN PARTS THAT THEY HAD REPLACED.AFTER INSTALLATION I WAS STILL NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SHIFTING SO I DROVE THE VAN TO THEM FOR SOME ADJUSTMENTS.THE OWNER [ MIKE ] HAPPILY GAVE ME A 40 MIN.RIDE HOME AND EVEN OFFERED TO HAUL MY TOOLS SO I COULD WORK THE NEXT DAY BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSING SOON AND MY TRANS. WAS TO HOT TO WORK ON THEN.MR.FORD PERSONALLY TOOK CHARGE OF TWEEKING MY SHIFT PATTERN TILL I WAS PERFECTLY SATISFIED AND INCLUDED A ONE YEAR WARRANTY INSTEAD OF THE NORMAL 90 DAY FOR CARRY IN REBUILDS.HE REALLY WENT THE EXTRA MILE [ INCLUDING PUTTING GAS IN MY VAN ] TO MAKE MY EXPERIENCE PERFECT ! I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THEIR SHOP AGAIN FOR ANY OF THEIR OFFERED SERVICES !

I was in a bind having been visiting family and needing to leave for NJ in three days. My car was throwing a "Transmission Comp Slipping fault which was failing NJ inspection and I would have had very little time to address it once back in NJ. Mike took control and had my car diagnosed and repaired in less than two days and performed additional repairs to ensure I would be problem-free. I can't thank him enough!

If you are unlucky enough to have transmission issues hopefully you will be lucky enough to be close enough to have Mike and his crew do the tranny work for you.

We were heading home from a vacation and started having transmission issues with our old RV. A couple of places we called didn't have the room for a larger vehicle. We were closer to Dayton at the time and one guy we talked to said if you can make it out to Greenville , Ford's transmission will treat you right.

"Right" was an understatement. They got to work on our transmission right away and got us back on the road the next day. In one day we came to realize that we were so lucky to have made it to Greenville and found probably the best transmission mechanic in the Midwest. Mike the owner has been working on Transmissions for 40 plus years, and it is clearly a passion for him.

If you are unlucky enough to have transmission issues hopefully you will be lucky enough to be close enough to have Mike and his crew do the tranny work for you.
